NCF Charitable Trust (NCT) is a Florida trust with NCF Corporation as its trustee. NCT was created to receive, hold, and liquidate charitable contributions of assets including ownership interests in holding companies for real estate and in privately held business entities, such as C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships. There are two methods for making distributions to NCT as an owner of these interests – electronically through wiring or ACH, and by physical check. NCT is an Exempt Organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code with Federal EIN: 20-4326440.
