NCF Charitable Assets Trust (NCAT) is a Texas trust with NCF Giving Inc. as its trustee. NCAT was created to receive, hold, and liquidate charitable contributions of assets including ownership interests in holding companies for real estate and in privately held business entities, such as C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships. There are two methods for making distributions to NCAT as an owner of these interests – electronically through wiring or ACH, and by physical check. NCAT is an Exempt Organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. NCAT is an Exempt Organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code with Federal EIN: 99-6327547.
